Terms of Services

 

By booking a service with The Nomadic Artistic Mystic (Tara DiPetrillo), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. You also confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

 

Payment Methods

 

For online readings, accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, or PayPal via secure third-party platforms. Please familiarize yourself with the privacy policies of any platform you use, as The Nomadic Artistic Mystic is not responsible for the handling of information by third-party services.

In the event of a declined payment or transfer issue, the full balance remains due.

For in-person readings at markets and events, accepted payment methods include cash and Venmo, CashApp, PayPal when signals are available. Checks, cryptocurrency, money orders, and foreign currency are not accepted.

Prices and Fees

 

Rates are subject to change and will be updated on the website. If you book a session before a rate change, your original rate will be honored. However, if rescheduling occurs, the updated rate may apply.

 

Terms of Payment

 

Full payment is due at the time of booking. If payment is not received, the session will not be reserved or held.

Cancellation Policy

 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. You may reschedule with The Nomadic Artistic Mystic if you meet this window.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded. Exceptions for emergencies (illness, family matters, etc.) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 

Late Policy

 

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session will be considered missed, and access to the Zoom meeting may be closed.

If you are under 10 minutes late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. No extra time or discounts will be offered for late arrivals.

It's highly recommended to log into Zoom 10–15 minutes early to ensure your internet, audio, and video are working properly.

 

​Refund Policy

 

Refunds are available only if cancellation is made 24 hours or more before the session start time. Refunds will not be given for no-shows or late cancellations. (See cancellation policy above.

Discounted Offers

​

Any promotional or discounted rates apply only to online sessions, not to in-person readings at events or pop-ups.

 

Privacy Policy

​

Your personal information will never be shared or sold. You will only be contacted via email or text for appointment reminders or updates related to your booking.

Please note that when using third-party platforms (e.g., Calendly, PayPal, Wix), your name, email, and phone number may be used to facilitate the booking or payment process. The Nomadic Artistic Mystic is not responsible for how these third parties handle your data. Please review their individual Privacy Policies for more information.

 

Confidentiality 

 

All readings are held in confidence. While general themes from readings may occasionally be referenced as examples, no identifying information will ever be shared. You are always welcome to request complete confidentiality.
